About Me
My story will remind you of the American Dream. First-generation immigrant from Kyrgyzstan, I grew from working low-skilled jobs to becoming a co-founder of a startup ranked among the fastest growing companies in the U.S.
Once just a student project, today Honorlock is a #1 provider of the online testing integrity solutions. Our technology holds a utility patent, we employ over 100 employees and have raised $40M investments, including from the biggest edtech VC fund in the world.
During my 7-year journey at Honorlock, I performed a diverse list of duties that you can see below, but what I am particularly proud of is my ability to recognize the potential of the project from day one and keep it moving even when my teammates would give up.
In 2020, when Honorlock achieved its financial and managerial stability, I went on to become a mother of two children and gradually exited daily operations of the company. During the past few years, along with learning to be a parent, I have been working on my old passions - web development, charity work, and women’s networking.

A story about a quite ordinary girl from a small post-Soviet-Union country coming to the States to get her degree in Business. With little means and no choice but to succeed, she ends up starting a successful compnay with her friend, and that changes the trajectory of her life once and forever.
